I am Fariba Touyeh, a registered psychologist in Toronto. As a licensed clinical and rehabilitation psychologist, my commitment to holistic mental health counseling is unwavering. In my client-centered environment, I foster authentic exploration, guide goal navigation, and facilitate the realization of strengths.
Tailoring strategies to individual presentations, I draw from evidence-based practices for conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, somatic issues, insomnia, and chronic pain. With extensive clinical exposure, I deeply respect cultural differences, providing culturally-centered healing strategies.
My practice is founded on evidence-based principles and incorporates techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy, humanistic psychology, and other customized modalities, ensuring effective and personalized therapy.

Henry Lan
Henry is an extremely motivated professional with a Master of Psychology Degree in Clinical Psychology. He is authorized by the College of Psychologists and Behavioural Analysts (CPBAO) to collect hours towards a Psychological Associate designation in the province of Ontario. Under supervision he can provide treatment and formulate and communicate psychological diagnosis under the supervision of a registered Psychologist or Psychological Associate. He works with adults in individual therapy. Henry possesses exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills. He conducts Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), and Veteran Affairs Canada (VAC) assessments and treatment. He continually refines his clinical skills through on-going education and individual supervision
