As a licensed clinical and rehabilitation psychologist, my commitment to holistic mental health counseling is unwavering. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, centered on self-discovery, embracing change, and overcoming obstacles. In my client-centered environment, I foster authentic exploration, guide goal navigation, and facilitate the realization of strengths.

Tailoring strategies to individual presentations, I draw from evidence-based practices for conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, somatic issues, insomnia, and chronic pain. With extensive clinical exposure, I deeply respect cultural differences, providing culturally-centered healing strategies.

My practice is founded on evidence-based principles and incorporates techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy, humanistic psychology, and other customized modalities, ensuring effective and personalized therapy.

  • Bachelor of Arts Degree (Specialized Honours in Psychology)
  • Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology, in Iran
